Point #5 of my “Psychercise” article really gets around. Over the years since its inception, it has found its way into several kinds of publications — everything from professional and employee newsletters, a book, a rather famous magazine, an inspirational calendar, an inspirational website, and it even wound up on T-shirts. There may more out there that I don’t even know about.
